    1 - Invite Teammates

In this step, you will invite your teammates to collaborate on your school disco poster in real-time. Follow these detailed instructions:

    1. Open Microsoft Word on your computer.
    2. Locate and open the school disco poster document that you have previously created and saved.
    3. Once the document is open, look at the top-right corner of the window and find the 'Share' button, which looks like a person with a plus sign next to it. Click on this button.
    4. A 'Share with people' panel will appear on the right side of the screen. In the 'Enter a name or email address' field, type in the email addresses of your teammates you want to collaborate with. If you need to add multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.
    5. Below the email address field, you can add a personal message to provide additional context or instructions for your teammates. This is optional but can be helpful for your teammates to understand the purpose of the collaboration.
    6. Once you have entered the email addresses and an optional message, click the 'Send' button. Your teammates will receive an email with a link to your school disco poster document, allowing them to collaborate with you in real-time.

    2 - Edit Together

In this step, you will learn how to edit a Word document together with your teammates in real-time. Follow these detailed instructions to collaborate effectively:

    1. Start editing the document by clicking on the text, images, or formatting you want to change. Your teammates can do the same. As you make changes, you will see your teammates' edits happening in real-time, allowing you to collaborate and create a cohesive final product.
    2. If you need to communicate with your teammates while editing, use the built-in chat feature. Click on the 'Chat' button located in the top-right corner of the window, next to the 'Share' button. Type your message and press 'Enter' to send it. This way, you can discuss changes and coordinate your efforts without leaving the document.
    3. While editing, you can also add comments to specific parts of the document. To do this, highlight the text or object you want to comment on, right-click, and select 'New Comment' from the context menu. Type your comment in the box that appears and press 'Enter' to save it. Your teammates can view and reply to your comments, making it easy to collaborate on specific details.

    3 - Add Comments

To leave a comment for your teammates, highlight the text or object you want to comment on. Right-click and select 'New Comment'. Type your comment in the box that appears, and press 'Enter' to post it. Your teammates will be able to see your comment and reply to it.

    4 - Track Changes

In this step, you will learn how to track changes made by you and your teammates in your school disco poster. This feature helps you see who made specific edits and allows you to accept or reject those changes.

    1. Click on the 'Review' tab located in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
    2. Find the 'Track Changes' button in the 'Tracking' group and click on it. This will activate the 'Track Changes' feature.
    3. Now, any changes made by you or your teammates will be highlighted with different colors for each person's edits.
    4. To view all the changes, click on the dropdown arrow next to 'Display for Review' in the 'Tracking' group and select 'All Markup'.
    5. If you want to accept or reject a specific change, right-click on the highlighted text and choose 'Accept' or 'Reject' from the context menu.
    6. Continue collaborating on your school disco poster with your teammates, making use of the 'Track Changes' feature to monitor edits and provide feedback.
