LC Business: Running the Business Alive Investigative Study

A two-and-a-half-hour course for Leaving Certificate Business teachers on the Business Alive Investigative Study. For this year's sixth years it is worth 200 marks, 40% of the subject, and the reports are due to their teachers by Friday 12 March 2027. It takes the NCCA guidelines' six stages one by one, from getting started on the brief to compiling the final report, and shows how to support research questions and project plans that stay each student's own, research with primary and secondary data done responsibly, and analysis you can stand over. It sets out how to authenticate the work under the SEC's Coursework Rules and Procedures, including referencing and AI use. Every template is yours to download and adapt.
