First, open {{code:05_project_budget}} in your {{code:05_budget}} folder. If it is missing, make it now. Type these headings in row 1, then add five of your own project costs below them.
If you printed your budget right now, what would go wrong first?
Print Preview shows how your sheet will look on paper before you print it or save it.
A print area is the part of the sheet you choose to print. You select your budget block, then choose Print selection in Excel or Selected cells in Google Sheets.
Page setup covers the paper size and which way the page turns. Budgets are wide, so use A4 landscape.
If the Notes column is cut off in the preview, fix your selection before you save the PDF.
You will get your budget ready to print on one page. Watch your teacher first, then follow the steps in the box below on your own {{code:05_project_budget}}.
Stop when the preview looks good. You will save the PDF in the next task.
If you get stuck, look back at the Step-by-step task.
