You have spent three lessons building an advertisement for a real school or community scenario. Today you finish the job.
You will check the polished version against the brief you wrote in Lesson 78, make any last changes, write a short placement plan for where it would actually go, and put the finished ad, your design trail and the placement plan together as the pack that banks M3 KA3.
If your Lesson 78 brief or Lesson 81 polished version is missing, reconstruct scenario, audience and call to action from memory in the pack fields first, polish what you have, and flag your teacher before Make the Final Pack ends.
Before you touch the design, hold the finished ad beside the brief you wrote. Check three things only:
Worked brief check (school show poster): Scenario: Friday night school show. Audience: families. Call to action: buy tickets at the office. The poster has a strong hook and a clear date, but the ticket line is tiny at the bottom. Fix: enlarge the call to action and put the office hours under it. Placement plan: corridor noticeboard outside the canteen; print A3; add a QR only if the office can handle phone bookings.
Note any mismatch on scenario, audience or call to action. Hold those notes for the Brief-check notes field in the Final Pack next: they drive the final tweaks.
You bank M3 KA3 when you finish both of these:
Bankable minimum: final ad + brief-check notes + design trail (your Lesson 78 brief and the design files from Lessons 79 to 81, listed) + realistic placement plan. Photo or other proof of actual placement is extension evidence if you placed it; it is not required to bank.
Spend the first stretch on the ad tweaks, then fill the pack fields. For the design trail, list exact filenames if you have them; if not, name the Portfolio folder that holds them.
Save the finished ad and this written pack into your Communication Portfolio as m3_ka3_final_<your-initials>, with the earlier design files listed or kept in the same folder.
Read your own final pack against the criteria below. Anything below the top level needs a specific comment. Name the one change you would still make if you had ten more minutes.
Talk this through with the person beside you, or sit with it for a minute:
