Warm-up
Think of one real person who could get your report, like your ICT teacher. What subject line would make them open your email?
Key words
A PDF is a finished file that is hard to change. You send the PDF and keep the report you can still edit.
A named recipient is the real person you send the email to. This is usually your ICT teacher.
An attachment is a file you add to an email. Always check it is there before you click Send.
Your evidence is a screenshot of the sent email, saved as {{code:04_ka2_email_to_recipient.png}}.

Common issues
- Is your PDF in Downloads? Upload it into {{code:04_research_report}} so it sits beside your report.
- Is the file too big to attach? Make the photos smaller in your report, then save the PDF again.
- Did you forget the attachment? Send the email again with the PDF attached. That is a normal fix.
