    1 - Choose a Topic

Think about a topic you're curious about. This will be the focus of your survey. It could be about favorite snacks, hobbies, or anything else you find interesting! To help you decide, ask yourself these questions:

    • What do I want to learn about my classmates?
    • What topic would be fun and engaging for my classmates to answer?
    • Can I create a simple question about this topic that my classmates can easily understand and answer?

Once you have thought about these questions, write down your chosen topic and get ready to create your survey questions.

    2 - Create Survey Questions

Think about your chosen topic and create 3-5 questions related to it. Make sure the questions are easy to understand and have clear answer options. Here's how you can create your survey questions:

    1. Write down your chosen topic on a piece of paper.
    2. Think about what you want to learn from your classmates about this topic.
    3. Write down 3-5 questions that will help you learn more about your classmates' thoughts or preferences related to your topic. For example, if your topic is 'favorite fruits,' you could ask, 'What is your favorite fruit?'
    4. For each question, provide a few answer options that your classmates can choose from. For example, for the question 'What is your favorite fruit?', you could provide options like 'Apple', 'Banana', 'Orange', and 'Grapes'.
    5. Make sure your questions and answer options are clear and easy to understand for your classmates.

3 - Choose Your Survey Group

Decide which classmates you want to ask for your survey. You can choose from the following options:

    • Your table group
    • A group of friends
    • The whole class

Remember to ask your teacher for permission if you want to survey the whole class. Write down the names of the classmates you want to survey on a piece of paper, so you don't forget anyone.

    4 - Conduct Your Survey

Now that you have your survey questions ready, it's time to ask your classmates for their answers. Follow these steps to conduct your survey:

    1. Find a quiet place where you can talk to your classmates without distractions.
    2. Politely ask your classmates if they have a few minutes to answer your survey questions.
    3. Read each question clearly and slowly to your classmates, giving them enough time to think and respond.
    4. Write down their answers on a piece of paper or a notebook, making sure to keep their responses organized by question.
    5. Thank your classmates for their time and participation in your survey.

Remember to be respectful and patient when asking questions. Your classmates will appreciate your good manners!
