Children discover that movement is made of tiny changes over time, and leave with a looping animation they made themselves.
This is an "in school" event where we come to your school and take your students through a 60 minute workshop that introduces them to frame-by-frame animation.
Students see how movement is created from many still pictures shown one after another, each with a small change, and then create their own short looping animation. No accounts or downloads are needed.
The workshop is designed to build observation, patience and sequencing skills, along with the creative confidence that comes from making something move.
