    1 - Hello, young wizard!

After all your hard work and magical Excel spells, it's time to showcase your masterpiece. Presenting your project is like unveiling a magical potion you've been brewing. It's the moment to share your discoveries, insights, and the story your data tells. Let's dive into how you can make your presentation enchanting!

2 - What You Already Know - Story

Embarking on this Excel adventure, you've navigated its intricate mazes and unlocked its secrets. Remember when you first started, and formulas seemed like cryptic runes? Now, you wield them with the confidence of a seasoned wizard, making numbers bend and twist to your every command.

You've become adept at using cell references, ensuring that your data is always interconnected, much like the threads of a magical tapestry. Your exploration into queries was akin to learning summoning spells, calling forth data from distant lands into your workbook, ready for your analysis.

The art of auditing was no less than mastering the protective charms, ensuring that your work is free from errors and stands robust against any challenge. Every formula you've crafted, every cell you've referenced, and every query you've made was like casting a spell, bringing your data to life, making it dance, and tell stories.

And now, after all the challenges faced and mysteries unraveled, your Excel masterpiece is complete. It's a testament to your dedication, skill, and the magical journey you undertook. The time has come, young wizard, to step onto the stage and share the tales of your discoveries, the stories hidden within your data, with the world.

3 - Data Wizards: Unleashing Excel Power 101 - Course Summary

    Getting Started with Excel:
We opened Excel and saw a bunch of boxes called cells. They're like tiny rooms where we put our numbers and words.
We also met the ribbon, which is like a toolbox at the top of Excel. It has all the buttons and tools we need.

    Playing with Numbers and Formulas:
We learnt how to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using formulas. It's like using a magic spell to make Excel do maths for us!
Remember when we added apples 🍎 using =5+3? That was fun!

    Linking Boxes Together:
We found out that instead of always typing numbers, we can tell Excel to look in certain boxes (cells) for information. This is called cell referencing.
So, if one box has a 5 and another has a 3, we can tell Excel, "Hey, add the numbers from those two boxes!" using =A1+B1.

    Finding and Organising Data:
We became detectives, searching for specific data using queries. It's like sending out a search party in a big forest of information.
We also learnt to tidy up our data by sorting (like arranging books in order) and filtering (like using a net to catch only big fish).

    Making Our Data Look Good:
We transformed our data into tables, which are like fancy grids with special powers. They can change colour, help us find things faster, and even do some maths for us.
We also played with drop-downs, which are like little menus in a box. They let us choose from a list without typing.

    Building Our Project:
Using everything we learnt, we started our big project. We made a table for a class with names, hobbies, and even phone numbers.
We added rows, removed some, and even added some cool formulas to find out interesting things, like the average age of the class.

And that's our journey so far! We've done so much, but there's still more magic to uncover in Excel. Ready for the next adventure?

4 - Presenting Your Class Dataset Project

Presenting is all about telling a story. Here's how you can present your class dataset project:

        Start with a Clear Introduction:
Begin by explaining what the project is about. For example:
"Today, I'm going to share our class dataset. It's a magical table that has details about each student's name, hobby, favourite subject, and more!"

        Show the Big Picture:
Zoom out and show the entire table. Let everyone see the full magic you've created. Say something like:
"Here's our class at a glance. Look at all these details we've gathered!"

        Dive into Specifics:
Highlight a few interesting rows or columns. Maybe point out the student with the most unique hobby or the most common favourite subject.
"Did you know that 5 students in our class love football? And our youngest classmate is just 10 years old!"

    5 - Share Your Findings

Talk about any patterns or interesting facts you discovered. Maybe there's a popular hobby or a subject many students excel in.
"I found out that Maths is a top subject for many of us. And guess what? Reading is the most common hobby!"

    Use Visuals:
If you can, create a chart or graph to show some of your findings. It could be a pie chart showing the distribution of favourite subjects or a bar graph of hobbies.
"Look at this chart! It shows how many of us love each subject."
