Create Your Brochure with a Template

In this lesson, you will learn how to find free templates in Microsoft Word Online and edit them to create a unique brochure.

    1 - Access Microsoft Word Online

    Open your web browser and visit Microsoft Word Online. Sign in with your Microsoft account or create a new one if you don't have one.

    2 - Find a Brochure Template

    Once you're signed in, click on 'New blank document' to open a new document. In the new document, click on 'File' in the top-left corner, and then select 'New'. In the search bar, type 'brochure' and press 'Enter' to search for brochure templates. Browse through the available templates and click on the one you like to see a preview.

    3 - Select and Open the Template

    After previewing the template, click on the 'Create' button to open the selected brochure template in a new document.

    4 - Edit the Template Title

    Click on the title text box in the template and replace the placeholder text with your own title for the brochure. You can also adjust the font, size, and color of the text according to your preference.

    5 - Edit the Template Subtitle

    Click on the subtitle text box in the template and replace the placeholder text with your own subtitle for the brochure. You can also adjust the font, size, and color of the text according to your preference.
